Any supplier: dairy, coffee, produce, packaging, dry goods. Printed, PDF and clear handwritten invoices all work. If a line is hard to read, we'll ask you.
We compare each item's price per kg, litre or piece with your last invoice and your 90-day average. You choose the threshold (default 3% vs last invoice, 5% vs the average). Pack-size changes are caught too.
During the pilot, yes: a member of the MarginKaki team checks every line so the numbers are right. Your data is only used to track prices for you.
If it's useful, founding cafés continue at S$29/month, locked for 12 months. If not, just tell us and we'll delete your data. No card needed during the pilot.
